Prices
Friday Rate (Minimum of six hours required): $2000 applies to use of the main floor only)
Saturday Rate (Minimum of six hours required): $2000 applies to use of the main floor only)
Sunday Rate (Minimum of six hours required): $2000 applies to use of the main floor only)
$500 deposit required to get started.
Outdoor Space (Backyard) weekday or weekend rate - $500
Extended use fee of event space or backyard (anytime after six hours) $150 per hour
Chairs included: Chairs for seated guests. You can choose up to 60 chairs.
Tables included: 6-foot rectangular table can fit up to 6 guests per table. You can choose up to 10 tables.

There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on-premises or within 25 feet of the building including loitering
There is no serving of alcohol without a permit.
there is no congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during the event. (The event must take place indoors or in the backyard).
Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion.
Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of Les Scarlett Inc staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period.
In such cases no refund of the event cost shall be made.
Les Scarlett Inc encourages music and lots of dancing! However, please be aware that the premises are located near residential units, and therefore neighborhood noise regulations do apply. in the event that the renter’s event creates a disturbance due to high noise volume, Les Scarlett Inc onsite manager et all or designee has full authority to ask the renter, DJ or live music presenter to turn the entertainment down and/or off.
If repeated disturbances are created, at Les Scarlett Inc discretion, the renter may be expelled from the premises or the offending noise will be ended.
In the event of disturbances to the point of expulsion, no portion of the event costs will be refunded to the renter.
Loud music must end by 10:00 PM. during weeknights (Monday through Thursday) and by midnight on weekends (Friday through Sunday). Additional time can easily be added provided the volume is modest and it cannot be heard beyond the boundaries of the property or by immediate neighbors.
Loud bass can not and will not be tolerated.
