Our bright, spacious studio features lovely skylights and large windows which invite beautiful natural light into the space. 14 ft high ceilings, newly renovated hardwood floors, pristine CYC wall, and our spacious open layout create the perfect ambiance for your creative shoot.

Host rules
ALL setup and wrap-up time has to be included in the booked hours. If you need extra time for setting up or cleaning up, please plan ahead and book it in advance.
The booking time is pre-arranged and starts at the hour booked. Please do not come earlier, as the space will likely be occupied or being maintained.
Overtime has to be requested and will be charged at $90/ hr.

No glitter, confetti, etc. No messy foods. No Smoking. Yes to making Art!
Before they leave, guests are required to make sure to move all furniture and props exactly back to what they were. Don’t leave any food boxes, trash, or dirt. In order to keep the price low, we do not charge a cleaning fee in advance, but it means we rely on guests doing their part.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
