Also, a beautiful English garden with a rose quartz table, peonies, roses, lily of the valley, ranunculus, and ivy will top your art up.

No smoking in the building.
Be respectful to all belongings in the home. Take photos and put everything back exactly as was left - if you plan on moving furniture, this is something that must be discussed and approved by the host ahead of time.
Do not leave garbage from the day at the house. If there is a desire to cook for a film or photo shoot, this is something you will need to discuss with the host ahead of time.

Chateau Cara 3 Brooklyn Brownstone is from the 1800s historically preserved and renovated venue. It includes the first floor and two outdoor spaces. From the garden, you can use spiral stairs and go up to the terrace with metal furniture from the Victorian Era. The listing includes space for equipment, a bathroom, three sinks, and a dressing room.
