This particular space is Located on the 22nd floor / 22C, our space is ideal for all kind of events. There is an amazing view of Manhattan from the windows.
We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests in our space. As such, we kindly request that open flames and confetti (any use of confetti will result in a $1000 extra charge) are NOT USED during your rental period. This includes candles, sparklers, and any other items that pose a fire hazard or create excessive mess.
