For each bar package, seltzer, tonic, orange juice, lemonade, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, ginger beer, sour mix, and Red Bull are included. Lemons and limes are also included as garnishes.

*Clients who select our Premium or Signature package can bring up to 4 bottles of liquor, 750ml in size, to be served by our bartender at no additional charge.

Our Standard, Premium, and Signature packages do not include beer, wine, or champagne. You may add white wine to your open bar package (choice of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, or Prosecco) for $5 per person, beer (Stella Artois or Corona Extra) for $5 per person, Moet Imperial Champagne for $25 per person or House Champagne for $15 per person. Any specialty cocktail requiring mixers, garnishes, or bitters not included in our current bar packages is an additional $10 per person.

*For events booked on Fridays, complimentary beer and wine will be added to any Standard, Premium, or Signature package.

If you would like to rent our venue without selecting one of our rental rates or per-person open bar packages, we host BYOB events (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) at the flat hourly rental rate of $1,200 an hour for a minimum of 4 hours ($4,800) and a maximum of 5 hours ($6,000). We do not require a minimum guest capacity for BYOB rentals. Please inquire about our BYOB event policies.

*Our BYOB rental rate is $1,100 an hour for events booked on Fridays.

BYOB rental rate includes 4 staff members, 60 minutes of additional setup time for paid vendors and 4 members of your party, mixers and garnishes, cleaning, tax, gratuity, and all venue amenities.

Filming and Photography Offers

$210 total
Our rental rate for production bookings is $105/hr for a 2-hour minimum. We are available for production bookings from 6 am to 6 pm. We do not allow for overnight storage for any consecutive shoots as we do host events in our venue after 6 pm.

Our Loft on 5th features a fully furnished rooftop with a fireplace and outdoor speaker system along with a NYC view. It also features a full kitchen for caterers, 2 dining tables for a seated dinner for up to 20 guests, and an elegant, custom-built-in bar with glassware. 3 uniquely designed private rooms within the space can easily act as make-up and dressing rooms. A lush, stylish seating nook decked out with a full-size disco ball and a beautiful chandelier art installation brings a fun, nostalgic glamour to the venue.
