Our freshly renovated studio, located in the heart of the Garment district on 38th Street and 8th Avenue, has wonderful natural light and stunning NYC views. Available for seminars, workshops, meetings, presentations, networking events, photo and video productions, also ideal for showrooms. We have 35+ comfortable chairs available plus couches and seating areas. Seating for up to 40 people in theater style set up, 25 people with chair and tables set up, networking event for up to 50 people. We can seat about a total of 40 people. We have (7) 6-feet and (3) 4-feet tables office tables. We can also remove furniture from the spaces if needed. We also offer up to 13 clothing racks.
Our venue loft is one of the most beautiful and affordable spots available in Manhattan, and it will help you to impress even the most sophisticated clients and guests. • The event loft Studio 1418 has about 1,200 sq. ft of open space but also has a welcoming entrance area and up to 5 add-on space options , a Projector & screen, large 65” smart TV, professional 1000W sound system, up to mic system, and ultra-fast 1000 Mbps Wi-Fi internet.
The studio loft is equipped with a kitchenette and refrigerator, sink, tea kettle, microwave oven and Keurig coffee maker. The studio has also a private bathroom and additional bathrooms are available in the hallway. Studio 1418 is a perfect sales environment for a high-end brands.

We are a professional photography studio in Manhattan for 20 years and we are at this studio location for the past 8 years. We have hosted over 1,200 seminars, workshops, product and service presentations, photoshoots, film shoots, rehearsal events, film screenings, business meetings, fashion showroom events, art gallery events, private parties, fitness workshops, video streaming events for virtual conferences and conventions, business event, engagement proposals and wedding getting ready location and ceremonies.
