We do allow to have private parties in our space but they are charged at $150/hr.
No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed, however, please note that you need to clean up or we will charge a minimum of a $150 cleaning fee.
We do not provide plates, glasses, cups, table cloths, napkins, and silverware. You would need to bring everything you need and take everything with you after the rental.
Set-up time and clean-up time is part of your rental, however, on most days we are flexible to extend your rental time for you if needed (for an additional fee). Please notify us in advance.

For the price, this space was amazing. Clean, professional, excellent location (near Penn Station and Port Authority). It was easy to get in, and Jorg and Wolfgang were attentive hosts.

The only issue was that, for our desired set up, 18 people couldn't comfortably fit in a U-shape -- we had 15 people around the table, and 3 off to the side. If we'd had the full 20 attendees, it would have been worse.

Jorg was great - being on an international shoot, he was fantastic at being available for calls across time zones before we arrived, and then was punctual and helpful when we arrived. Studio was exactly what we were looking for - we were shooting lengthy interviews, and the sound was generally good and the light controllable due to v-flats and blinds. Good studio, highly recommended.

Compared to a London studio, this was on the pricier side.

Spacious, lots of tech set-ups (speakers, mic, huge projector was a huge plus). Host was very responsive.

Bathroom didn’t have a drain on the floor, which made cleaning up a spilled drink (cup of water) difficult.

We are a professional photography studio in Manhattan for 20 years and we are at this studio location for the past 8 years. We have hosted over 1,200 seminars, workshops, product and service presentations, photoshoots, film shoots, rehearsal events, film screenings, business meetings, fashion showroom events, art gallery events, private parties, fitness workshops, video streaming events for virtual conferences and conventions, business event, engagement proposals and wedding getting ready location and ceremonies.
