The space provides Wi-Fi, access to air conditioning, a defined dance floor area, step-free guest entry and wheelchair-accessible routes plus accessible toilets.

• Freight elevator use is shared and available first-come, first-served during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding building holidays
• Reserved after-hours use of the freight elevator and loading dock requires at least 3 business days’ notice to building management
• After-hours reserved freight elevator and loading dock use is charged at the current rate of $245 per hour
• Weekend building services and personnel require a 4-hour minimum
• Porter, engineer, and security guard services are not included after standard building hours or on weekends
• Any after-hours or weekend building services or personnel requested will be charged at current building rates
• Catered events held after building hours with more than 80 attendees require a building-provided Fire/Life/Safety Director on call
• Fire/Life/Safety Director service is currently $195 per hour
• Weekend Fire/Life/Safety Director staffing requires a 4-hour minimum
• All listed rates are subject to change
