Catering and outside food deliveries must be approved in advance.

Smoking, vaping, or use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including courtyards.
Decor & Setup
The space can be rearranged upon request, but please do not nail, tape, or attach anything to the walls or furniture.
All furniture and décor must be returned to their original positions after use.
Cleanliness & Care
Please leave the space in the same condition as you found it.
Dispose of trash properly; bins are provided.
Any damage to furniture, artwork, or fixtures may result in additional charges.
Filming & Photography
Photography and video shoots are welcome but must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Commercial productions may require additional agreements or insurance.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless previously approved for specific shoots or events.
Safety & Security
For security reasons, please keep all doors closed when not in use.
