πΉ No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio or building.
πΉ No alcohol permitted unless approved in advance for private events.
πΉ No confetti, glitter, or loose decorations that may damage floors or lighting.
πΉ All setup and breakdown time must be included in your booking hours.
πΉ The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found.
πΉ Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only.
πΉ Damage to mirrors, lights, or floors will result in a repair charge.
πΉ Loud music is permitted but must be kept respectful of other tenants in the building.
πΉ Outside instructors, photographers, or creatives are welcome with prior approval.
πΉ Booking host is responsible for all guests and equipment brought into the space.
πΉ Overtime beyond the scheduled end time will be charged in 30-minute increments.
