For weekday events requiring the full studio unit and terrace, the rate is $5,000 for the first 4 hours. After 4 hours, the hourly rate is $1,000.
Weekend Entire Unit + Terrace Rental:
On weekends, the full unit and terrace rental is $6,000 for the first 4 hours. After that, the hourly rate is $1,500.
For weekday events requiring the full studio unit and terrace, the rate is $5,000 for the first 4 hours. After 4 hours, the hourly rate is $1,000.
Weekend Entire Unit + Terrace Rental:
On weekends, the full unit and terrace rental is $6,000 for the first 4 hours. After that, the hourly rate is $1,500.
