We are Miami’s only studio that gives you 3,000 sq. ft. of private studio space—no shared rentals, no distractions, just full creative freedom. Designed for photographers, videographers, and content creators, our space combines aesthetics and high-end production. We offer 7 unique sets, a 25’x20’ cyclorama wall, viral arch wall, multiple backdrops, pro lighting, and curated props—all included in your booking.

House Rules:
Respect the Space: We've worked hard to create an aesthetically pleasing, comfortable environment for all creatives. Please treat our studio and all furnishings with care.
No Smoking: For the comfort and health of all guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
Catering is Welcome: Feel free to bring in outside catering for your shoot or event. We only ask that you clean up afterward to maintain cleanliness.
Mindful Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is allowed, but we kindly ask for it to be used responsibly and that there is no alcohol consumption after 8pm.
Keep Noise Levels Reasonable: Please maintain a noise level that respects our neighbors and the surrounding community.
Respect Gym Equipment: If you're utilizing the private gym, handle equipment with care and return all items to their proper place after use.
Booked Hours: All set-up, event, and clean-up activities must take place within the booked time frame.
Leave the Space as You Found It: We take pride in the cleanliness of our studio. Please ensure all areas are left as they were found, including props, furniture, and equipment.
