CC Studios MIA is Miami’s only fully private creative studio, offering 3,000 sq. ft. of dedicated space designed for photographers, videographers, and content creators. With no shared rentals or outside interruptions, you’ll have full access to seven unique sets, a 25’x20’ cyclorama wall, a signature arch wall, multiple backdrops, curated furniture and props, and pro-grade lighting - all included in your session.
Conveniently located with free parking, the studio is well-suited for everything from branding shoots and lifestyle content to full productions and small private events. Amenities include a makeup and hair station, private changing area, lounge space, clothing rack with hangers and steamer, and tech essentials like a 42" TV with soundbar, Bluetooth speaker, and high-speed WiFi. You’ll also find a fridge stocked with refreshments, a microwave, and a coffee machine - so you can focus on creating the moment you walk in.

House Rules:
Respect the Space: We've worked hard to create an aesthetically pleasing, comfortable environment for all creatives. Please treat our studio and all furnishings with care.
No Smoking: For the comfort and health of all guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
Catering is Welcome: Feel free to bring in outside catering for your shoot or event. We only ask that you clean up afterward to maintain cleanliness.
Mindful Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is allowed, but we kindly ask for it to be used responsibly and that there is no alcohol consumption after 8pm.
Keep Noise Levels Reasonable: Please maintain a noise level that respects our neighbors and the surrounding community.
Respect Gym Equipment: If you're utilizing the private gym, handle equipment with care and return all items to their proper place after use.
Booked Hours: All set-up, event, and clean-up activities must take place within the booked time frame.
Leave the Space as You Found It: We take pride in the cleanliness of our studio. Please ensure all areas are left as they were found, including props, furniture, and equipment.
