Great updated room overall. The room we got looked different from the photos online, but the new version is genuinely nice—honestly an upgrade from what was listed.
Clean, well-kept space. The entire coworking area was very clean, and the cleaning crew was excellent.
Good location in Miami. Super convenient area, easy to get to once you’re in the neighborhood.
Access is straightforward once you have the code. Finding the building is a little tricky at first, but after getting the entry code it’s smooth and easy to come and go.
Staff effort despite challenges. Even with the management transition, the onsite person really did try her best to help and troubleshoot.
Room photos didn’t match what was booked. The room online wasn’t the room we walked into. I understand there was confusion about updated photos, but it was still frustrating since we booked based on what we saw.
Not set up for our group size at first. We booked for 18 people and needed that extra table that had been replaced with a couch. Getting the second table and extra chairs took a lot of back-and-forth and felt like a hassle.
Chaotic experience due to management change. Things felt disorganized—breakout sessions got mixed up, and at one point we were asked to stop eating in the common area and move everything back into our room.
Even though we were paying customers, the communication and interruptions made the experience feel tense and a bit unwelcoming.
Wi-Fi disruption mid-stay. The Wi-Fi shut off partway through our booking. They did notify us and apologize, but it impacted the flow of our work.
