Host rules
No smoking or vaping indoors at any time (including hookah, e-cigarettes, or vape pens).
No open flames (candles, sparklers, fire performances, incense, etc.).
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
All guests must comply with local laws, venue security, and staff instructions.
The following items are strictly prohibited due to cleanup, safety, and damage concerns:
Confetti (paper, metallic, biodegradable, or balloon confetti)
Glitter (loose, cosmetic, or decorative)
Loose sequins or feathers
Color powder cannons, smoke bombs, or pigment effects
Fog machines, haze machines, COâ‚‚ cannons, cryo guns, or similar effects (unless approved in writing)
Bubbles or foam machines
Adhesives on walls, floors, ceilings, or fixtures (including tape, Command strips, nails, or hooks)
Installations & Setup
Any décor, staging, or installations must be freestanding.
No drilling, screwing, or mounting into walls, ceilings, floors, or fixtures.
All setups must be approved in advance by venue management.
Outside vendors must provide proof of insurance if required.
Cleaning & Damages
The space must be returned in the same condition as received.
Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional fees.
The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, or performers.
Sound, Lighting & Equipment
Use of in-house sound and lighting systems is subject to venue approval.
Outside AV equipment must be approved in advance.
DJs, performers, and vendors must follow house sound limits and technical guidelines.
Alcohol & Bar
Alcohol service must comply with venue policies and local regulations.
Outside alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
