About this space

SORA by Hotel Collection is a modern lounge venue distinguished by a dramatic, late-night bar and dining environment where theatrical interiors and low-slung seating shape the guest experience.

Design: The interior pairs dark-painted walls and low red velvet banquettes with a high, open ceiling and exposed structural beams. A glossy, marbled resin floor in red and black reflects framed portrait art and brass wall sconces.

Features: A full-service bar and stocked back-bar occupy the rear of the room for cocktail and service needs. The space includes integrated PA speakers, permission for outside DJs, and an open area that serves as a dance floor. Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, step-free guest entrance and accessible toilets are provided.

Ideal for: Small groups seeking an intimate, social evening that combines seated dining with a lively, music-led lounge atmosphere.

What sets it apart: The venue stages a monthly Bluefin tuna ceremony in which chefs break down a whole tuna tableside as a live culinary performance.
