2. Provide insurance and permits for any vendors.
3. Rental time includes setup and teardown.
4. Return furniture to its original spot; $50/hr fee for rearrangement.
5. Remove personal equipment by the end of the rental.
6. Show valid filming permits; owner/agency not liable for permit issues.
7. Eat and drink only in designated areas.
8. No selling alcohol or cannabis without proper permits.
9. Follow local laws and obtain necessary permits.
10. Respect neighbors’ privacy.
11. Don’t park in prohibited areas or block driveways.
12. Security deposit requires a separate contract.
13. Stick to the agreed crew size; exceeding it without approval may result in losing the deposit.
14. Overtime billed at double the standard rate.
15. Avoid walking on grass unless necessary.
16. Remove all trash; $220 fee per container for left-behind trash.
17. Use wall-safe adhesives only; no glue or damaging tape.
18. Use protective padding in high-traffic areas.
19. Damage walk-through will be scheduled during daylight the day after the event.
