For additional fees, we can provide you with a ceiling-mounted projector ($100), theatrical lighting ($100), PA System with two large speakers, two mics, and two mic stands ($150), and The Studio, an attached dance studio that can be used for green room, dressing room, HQ, and more ($50/hour).

Host rules

- We allow food and drink in the space, but no nuts, nut oils, or peanuts on campus of any kind.
- No smoking is allowed on campus, and no animals other than service animals are allowed.
- Smoking on site will be subject to a $1000 fine.
- This venue is a school on weekdays, please understand that we must keep it clean and non-toxic for children.
- The security gate may not be propped open at any time.
- Your guests may use the call box to be buzzed in to your event, or you may place a greeter at the door to greet and screen your guests.
- Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it.
- Guests must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours.
- No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls.
- Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
- Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the renter's credit card on file.
- Renter must provide SIJCC a Certificate of Insurance for one million dollars of general liability insurance for the length of the rental.
- SIJCC must be added as a co-insured entity, and the SIJCC address must be included.
- A COI must be provided to SIJCC no later than 48 hours in advance of the event.
- Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold SIJCC, its building owners, employees, and agents harmless from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the rental and use of the premises.
- In the event SIJCC, its building owners, employees, and/or agents are required to file any action in court in order to enforce any provisions of this agreement
- Renter agrees to pay SIJCC, its building owners, officers, and/or agents, all reasonable attorney fees, court fees, and costs of suit incurred by SIJCC, including all collection expenses and interest due.

Formerly a gymnasium, this space is perfect for large events, workshops, or performances, and it's close to many restaurants and bars, like Garage Pizza, Jay's Bar, and Tiki Ti. We have hosted charity drives, wedding receptions, film shoots, comedy shows, and birthday parties! An on-site manager will always be present to assist with your booking if needed.

It features approx 4,000 square feet of space, acoustical sound panels, original 1960's hardwood basketball floors, LED house lights with dimmers, central AC/Heat, free WiFi, use of parking lot (first come, first serve), use of twenty 6-foot tables and 150 folding chairs, use of lounge furniture, lobby, and it's ADA accessible. A projector, theatrical lighting, speakers, and the use of The Studio are available for additional fees.
