Host rules
- A signed contract and deposit are required to reserve your date. The final payment is due before the arrival of the event.
- All events must start and end at the agreed-upon times. Additional time for setup or cleanup must be arranged in advance.
- Please respect the maximum guest capacity of the venue as stated in your rental agreement for safety and comfort.
- You're welcome to personalize the space, but please avoid using nails, staples, or anything that could damage walls or fixtures. Open flames and confetti may be restricted—check with us first.
- Outside catering is welcome, but all vendors must be approved in advance.
- We ask all events to comply with local noise ordinances. Music must end by 11:00PM unless otherwise approved.
- Basic cleaning is included, but we ask that all belongings, décor, and trash be removed or disposed of properly by the end of your rental time.
- The event host is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. A refundable security deposit may apply.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
