Located inside a huge fenced gray brick-wall, privately gated front yard/compound with lots of parking in a Downtown LA Industrial area with maximum privacy, very safe for kids events or pets.
No noise restrictions (there’s no residences in the area or neighborhood)

The front yard is very spacious, perfect for food trucks, vendors, bounce houses, rides and so much more.
Lots and lots of parking both inside and outside the gate.

This venue also includes 10 offices and dressing rooms with a full shower and multiple bathrooms. It supports various event types including fashion shows, workshops, recordings, company gatherings, and private events. Long-term rentals and full bookings are available.
