Guests: The number of guests must match the booking request. Failure to pay for additional guests will result in a fine.
Damages: Any damage to the space or walls will incur a replacement fee plus 50% of the item's value. Charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
Overtime: Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Ensure the space is vacated and all items brought in are removed by the end of your booking. Plan accordingly to avoid extra charges.
Age Policy: All ages are welcome in the space.
Insurance: Production insurance is not required.
Furniture and Decor: Furniture and decorations may be moved but must be returned to their original positions.
