Space Access: You are welcome to use the entire space except for one designated room used for storage. This room is off-limits, as it will soon be converted into a recording studio. Please leave it untouched.
Age Policy: All ages are permitted in the studio.
Insurance: Production insurance is required for all bookings.
Furniture and Decor: Furniture and decorations may be moved, but please return them to their original positions after use.
Special Effects: Smoke machines are allowed in the space.
Nudity: Nudity is permitted for artistic purposes.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
