Host rules

Deposit: Non-refundable and required to hold date. Full balance due 3 days before event.

Cancellation: Venue can cancel for non-payment or breach. Refunds only if venue cancels due to external restrictions.

Venue Access: Entry for setup at start time only; extra fees for additional time.

Setup and Breakdown: Client responsible for setup, breakdown, and all cleanup. Trash must be disposed of in designated dumpster.

Noise: Amplified music must end by 9 PM and stay below 75 decibels. Venue staff may reduce volume if complaints arise.

Smoking and Drugs: No smoking or illegal substances allowed on site.

Security: One licensed security guard required per 99 guests, covering entrances and exits.

Valet: Required for events with over 10 guests, booked through venue's preferred vendor.

Insurance: Client and vendors must provide $1,000,000 general liability insurance, naming venue as additionally insured.

Decoration Restrictions: No confetti, glitter, poppers, fog machines, or candles without enclosures.

Furniture: Client responsible for any damage or loss of venue property.

Pets: Only service animals allowed unless approved with a pet deposit.

Compliance with Laws: Client must obtain necessary permits and comply with all laws.

Damage Responsibility: Client is responsible for any property damage by guests or vendors.
