The open floor plan allows for flexibility in how you want to arrange your event.
This venue also features comfortable lounge areas with minimalist decor, including cozy chairs and a simple, stylish look. The soft lighting and neutral colors provide a warm and welcoming ambiance, while the modern touches, like projectors and clean architectural lines, make it feel contemporary and versatile.
Prices
Additional Items for rent include:
- Wireless Mic & Stand: $35.00 flat fee
- Epson Projector: $50.00 flat fee
- Speaker & Stand: $35.00 flat fee
- Liquor Fee: $500.00 flat fee
- Black Plastic Chairs: $2.00 per item
- 6ft Foldout Table: $6.0 per item
Alcohol brought in other than that stated above, including any hard liquor will be subject to a $500 fine.
For ALL EVENTS serving alcohol(beer & wine only) we may require hired security ($200).
A $500 fine will be charged for every 30 minutes that guests exceed the venue's designated hours.

Host rules
Guests are booking for the entire time needed in the space, including set up and break down. Rentee/guest representative will sign/check in and check out to confirm total time in space.
The VENUE DOES NOT STAY OPEN AFTER 8PM.
For events with alcohol, we allow BEER & WINE ONLY. Host liquor liability must be added to event insurance.
Outside Catering & Vendors Allowed - please submit a list of outside vendors to us prior to event date to confirm it is venue approved.
For ALL EVENTS, guests must purchase additional private third party insurance.
Guest must be respectful of venue, tidy up and be respectful of the space and personal belongings during the booking. No vandalism and damage to the venue amenities will be accepted under any circumstance.
No COLLEGE PARTIES.
No CBD related events or CBD related product pop-ups.
ALL personal belongings and rentals must be removed from the venue at the end of the event by the guest. Guest must have a plan confirmed prior to event day on how rentals will be removed and without negotiation.
Under no circumstances can trash be left on the street in front of the venue.
No glitter or confetti is allowed in the venue. You will be fined if this occurs.
The kitchen must be left as it was found, with all trash removed by the caterer.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
