About this space

Our venue is a large, open studio space with high wooden ceilings and exposed brick walls. The wide, empty floors are perfect for different setups like filming, photoshoots, or even events like workshops. The space has a clean, industrial look with a simple design that allows you to set it up in any way you need. There is plenty of natural light, making it ideal for photography or video production.

The studio also features a modern conference room with a long table, perfect for meetings or planning sessions. There are comfortable lounge areas, a green room for relaxing, and a dedicated space for hair, makeup, and wardrobe. The atmosphere feels professional but comfortable, giving people enough room to work creatively while also having private spaces to prepare.

Host rules

Do not touch or change AC. Contact on site staff to change temperature.
No eating/drinking on cyc wall unless needed for shoot. Must be agreed beforehand.
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
Electrical/Maintenance issues will be brought up to staff on site.
No smoking in the building.
No alcohol allowed, unless agreed upon prior to booking.
No pets allowed, unless agreed upon prior to booking.
No use of prohibited areas during booking.
We usually give 30 minutes of setup and take down, before and after the event.
Guests can hang posters or decorations on the walls, no painting or coloring on the walls. You can bring posters or stand up frames as well.
