Host rules

Additional Agreement: After your booking confirmation via third party platform, you are required to fill out our space rental agreement form.
Production Insurance: Insurance/Production Insurance is required.
Entry Codes: You will receive temporary entry codes for the studio lockbox. The codes will be active exactly at your start time.
Studio Door & Key: After your shoot, you are required to lock the studio door and put the key back into the lockbox.
Parking: $20/parking spot (1 spot available).
Studio Condition: Do not put trash in the recycle bin, very important. Studio must be reset to its original condition as you found it (position, cleanliness). Collect all trash before you exit. No uncollected trash, heavy makeup, fake blood, foods, drinks stains, or damages on furniture & floors.
Furniture: Written approval needed when moving wall decoration. No standing/jumping on furnitures. No sharp objects/bleach/heavy makeup near leather couch.
Studio Permission: Be respectful of other businesses in the building. No loud music, shouting, yelling in the studio. Only shoot content inside of our studio suite. Do not shoot exterior shots of the building, stairs, common hallways.
Catering: Food and drinks are allowed.
Fire/Explosives: No fire or explosives of any kind.
Fog & Haze Machines: NO fog machine. Approval required for haze machine with an addition of $50. Canned haze ok.
Smoking: No smoking of any substances inside or right outside our building including but not limited to tobacco & marijuana.
Animals: NO animals allowed.
Loitering: NO loitering anywhere in or right outside the building before or after your wrap time. You are required to clear & leave the premises by your scheduled wrap time.
Scheduled Times: Do not enter the premises before your arrival time. Exit by your wrap time.
OT: 1x hourly rate for 15min pass. 1.5x hourly rate for 30 min pass. 2x rate for 1 hour pass.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

This vintage motel set is located on the first floor in a quiet commercial building away from the streets.

Quick exterior shots (20 minutes) are allowed to be operated within parking spot 3 and right outside the unit entrance door given parking spaces only. Please make sure to add this to your add-ons.
