Features: 2150 Sq Ft. Sliding door can be opened in the bar area if desired. The lounge area can be sectioned off from Main Space or used as an extension of the Main Space thanks to our flexible canvas curtain tracking system. Concrete floors, upgraded electrical, A/C, Heat.

About FRANKIE
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and event world, Michael and Matthew know a thing or two about throwing a good party. Co-owners of The Flashdance, over the last 15 years have performed at over 500 weddings and numerous private events on 5 continents in 12 countries. Having performed for celebrities and rock stars, Fortune 500 companies, and startups, as well as backyard weddings, birthday parties, fashion shows, conferences, Bar Mitzvahs, club nights, music festivals, and damn near everything in between.
Michael also founded Yeah! Rentals in 2011 which has been providing mid-century modern furniture for 300 + events a year ever since. Traveling as a DJ, he began to wonder why all of the furniture at these events was, quite frankly, godawful. He knew people deserved and wanted better, hence Yeah! Rentals was born.
When it came to venues, it seemed like so many were in the business of enforcing rules. We are in the business of throwing parties. Rules suck.
It was their shared experience and set of beliefs that led them to open Frankie Los Angeles. A place for people to gather, dance, laugh and create.
