About La Esperanza Ranch
This is a magical property with sprawling ocean and mountain views, a horse ranch, an infinity pool, a hot tub, lined with vintage trailers, and an authentic Southwestern adobe-style house.
The house is full of authentic equestrian paraphernalia. The property has been in the owner's hands for 30 years and is very well taken care of with luscious gardens and plant life.
The horse stable is home to 4 dressage horses the owner uses to train children and offers an equine leadership program for mental health.
