About this space
Whether you're shooting a commercial or need a simple photo shoot for your Instagram, we have the space, equipment, and expertise you need to create images that make and leave a lasting impression. We don't just rent to photographers; we also offer studio rental for creatives. The sets: rowdy records, led cube, jungle tv safari, front yard tunnel, metallic wall, phone booth, deck of card wall.
Attention before booking: Please note we changed buildings into another studio. This studio is currently a shared room but walls were built to divide so you won’t see other people if two bookings happen at the same time for our other studio. Please do not book if you aren’t comfortable with sound issues. We will make sure that you have a fair booking with any sound issues if other booking is too loud. Again if you aren’t comfortable with possibly hearing sound if two bookings happen at the same time then this studio might not be for you. They are different studios but we have walls to divide you guys.
Addons: (meaning additional cost this is not included): 2 led altatubes $25.00 each, fog machine $30.00.
Equipment:
2 extension chord with 3 plug ins., steamer, iron.
Electronics: 1 bluetooth speaker (sport)
Props: lamps, mini TV, white moveable fences, orange lawn chair, sunflower vine (4x) approximately 6ft, 1 ladder, 3 yellow stepping stones, led cube.
Like many areas be careful not to put the sound/music too loud. Also, a shared space if someone else books another studio next to it.

Please inform us of the number of people in attendance so we can best accommodate. Do not exceed the maximum number of people (10).
Any violation of the following rules will result in cancellation/termination of booking.
No alcohol.
No roof access.
No illegal activity.
No wandering the halls.
Don't block the fire escape.
Any staining or damages to rugs - $60 fee.
No Glitter/Confetti, pigment, sand, powder, paint or any lose substance without first notifying us, and having a proper art dept in place. For any substances that require extra cleaning, we charge an added cleaning fee of $100.
There are security cameras in the space.
Any scuffs or marks that require repainting is $60 - $100 Fee.
Damages - You will be held accountable for any damages to the space/items & extra fees will be applied.
Injuries - We are not responsible for injuries. Please operate safely.
All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear-down time. Going over your scheduled booking.
During your booking a team member will be on-site in the studio office loft.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Production insurance is not required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
Props can be rearranged within the sets not removed from the building.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.

Due to the practice of social distancing we are limiting the space to 10 people or less. We appreciate your cooperation. Anything more will be charged accordingly.
