Treat the space how you'd want others to treat your space.
- No Glitter/Confetti, pigment, sand, powder, or any other hard-to-clean substance
Violence will result in a $250 cleaning fee plus OT at 1.5x.
- Rental time is from arrival to tail lights. If you book 3 hours, and it goes 4 hours, that 4th hour will be time and a half.
- The renter is responsible for restoring the studio to the arrival condition sans normal wear and tear.
- Clients are expected to return the studio to how they found it when they arrive. Any unusual, hard-to-clean messes will incur additional fees.
- The renter must pack out unusually large trash.
- Additional Insurance is required to rent gear.
- Piano can NOT go on the cyclorama.
- No illegal activity
- No smoking inside the studio or on the patio. On the parking lot only. Ashtray provided.
- Anything moved needs to be discussed but everything is moveable.
Paintings must be moved with assistance from the studio manager.
- Smoke machines are allowed
- Nudity is allowed
- Security Cameras are facing exits and streets for security purposes only. We’ll check cams upon arrival to make sure everyone gets in okay and again as your end time approaches to make sure you’re packing up on time. No cameras on the cyc and cams can be turned off by request as long as there’s clear communication with the client as to in/out time.

About Cherry Soda Studios
Est. 2013, Cherry Soda Studios is a family-owned business in the heart of the historic Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Lee Cherry has been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years and is a photographer/filmmaker. He’s created a studio he’d like to shoot in himself and really enjoys hosting other photographers and filmmakers in the space.
He’s a strong believer in supporting other creatives and absolutely loves helping set the tone for producing amazing work for all who enter.
Lee lives close by with his wife Scarlett, their son Riff, and dog, Bugsy Malone. All of whom you’ll probably bump into at one time or another.
