Allowed events
Host rules
The renter is responsible for returning the space to its original condition. Props and decorations can be moved to your production needs, but they must be placed back. Please take photos prior to redressing.
A rental period should include setup and breakdown.
Please be respectful of the space.
Remove all trash and items.
Production insurance is required: 2 million policy.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed.
All Sets get access to the makeup and wardrobe area however, the cyc wall is NOT to be utilized in any circumstance besides filming/photography.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
