Host rules
- No smoking is allowed unless pre-approved by staff for filming, stage productions, or special events.
- Outside catering is permitted.
- Alcohol must be approved by management and incurs a licensing fee, with additional security required.
- Alcohol at private events is allowed only if pre-approved by management for unticketed events. Alcohol sales cannot be included in ticket pricing, and free or donation-based alcohol is not permitted at paid events.
