This cool room is a flexible space, great as a photography studio or for film/video shoots. We have a huge adjoining warehouse connected with a door and an outdoor Graffiti Lot, connected by another door, so you can book this room alone, or in addition to those stages to be used as a video village/VIP room/gear/staging/HMU/wardrobe area. It has exposed rafters painted white, walls currently painted flat black, some brick walls, a few small windows, and concrete floors.

Prices
All rental booking times include your setup and breakdown time. Overtime starts 1 minute after the contracted rental period ends, and is billed in 1-hour increments. If you need to change your booking times, please be in touch and we will do what we can to accommodate.
