About this space

The Majic Factory is an excellent site for various creative projects including film and photo shoots, trade fairs, and events, as well as private get-togethers, corporate dinners, and workshops and salons.

The Majic Factory is a spacious 7500sf indoor/outdoor campus situated at the very center of Echo Park, beside the Echo Park Lake. The Majic Factory is housed in the 1908-built (Historic Monument 950) the original Echo Park Clubhouse & Library. Our venue comprises a stunning reception hall featuring an 18' vaulted ceiling, Sapphire Room (Green Room) with a full kitchen, outdoor patios, recording studio, offices as well as a magical garden/orchard with diverse fruits including: citrus, avocado, apple, mango, fig, and pomegranate trees. And to make it even more attractive - there is a lot of free parking!
