About Midcentury Heaven
Midcentury Heaven is a midcentury modern house in Sherman Oaks, built in 1958. Designed by a protege of Richard Neutra. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and about 4,000 square feet. They updated it recently but kept all the original stuff. Feels like the 50s but works today.
Lot is big, landscaped, fountain out front, heated pool in back, decks and patios. Some grass, some paved areas. Skylights. Big picture windows with views. Sunlight everywhere.
