This outdoor space features a heated, 5-foot-deep pool surrounded by seating areas, outdoor heaters, and a cozy fire pit for evening gatherings, perfect for relaxed events like birthday parties, food celebrations, or themed gatherings with curated menus and colorful decor, with a layout that allows for multiple food stations, including a professional-grade grill, outdoor boilers, a griddle, and a pizza oven, making it ideal for cooking demos, brunches, or casual cookouts.
Beyond dining, the property offers plenty of space for games and socializing with giant Jenga, cornhole, bocce, and more, and there’s also a front lawn for lawn games or welcoming setups, along with a small organic garden that adds a fresh, local touch to any event.

Our packages are designed to make your event effortless and unforgettable. Pricing starts at $50 per person and scales up based on your menu, activities, and service needs. We host everything from curated team-building experiences to personalized birthday celebrations — with a preference for events we coordinate from start to finish, because that’s where we shine.
Curated Activities
Interactive options like team-building events or hands-on cooking classes typically start around $50 per person, depending on the chosen menu and experience level.
Fully Hosted Experiences
For events where our team handles all food and non-alcoholic beverages, coordinates the flow of the day, and provides trained staff throughout, package rates start at $75 per person. (Alcohol service is BYO — we’re happy to integrate your selections into the event.)

Friday – Sunday: $175 per hour (4-hour minimum)

Allowed events
Host rules
- No loud music after 10 PM; volume of music must will be monitored
- No smoking inside the home; no illicit drugs permitted
- Alcohol is BYO only (no sales permitted)
- Pool use allowed with supervision; swim at your own risk
- No glassware in or near the pool
- No pets allowed
- Furniture must be returned to its original position before departure
- Backyard may be used for approved games and activities
- Outdoor heaters and fire pits must be operated by staff or approved host only
- The organic garden is for viewing only unless prior approval is given for harvesting
- Use only approved equipment when cooking outdoors
- Maximum 40 guests for standing/casual events, indoor/outdoor, 12-24 guests for seated meals unless otherwise arranged
- Driveway and street parking available
