1. No Confetti or Glitter
Confetti, glitter, feathers, and similar décor items are not permitted anywhere inside or outside the venue.
2. No Drilling or Wall Fastening
Drilling, nails, screws, tacks, command strips, glue, or any items that may damage walls, ceilings, mirrors, or floors are strictly prohibited.
3. No Tape on Walls or Décor
Tape, adhesive hooks, poster putty, or sticky décor may not be applied to any painted surfaces, furniture, mirrors, backdrop walls, or venue finishes.
4. Décor Must Be Free-Standing
All decorations must be floor-standing or tabletop-based. Nothing may be attached to the building structure.
5. Venue Must Be Returned in Good Condition
All items brought in by clients or vendors must be removed at the end of the booking.
6. Food & Beverage Rules
Outside catering is permitted, but must comply with venue guidelines.
7. Respect for Property & Noise
Guests must respect our neighbors, property, and staff at all times.
8. Security Deposit / Damage Fees
Any damages, adhesive residue, wall marks, or cleanup beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
