Host rules
No Smoking: smoking is not allowed inside the building. Please ensure that all guests comply with this rule to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
Outside Catering: You are welcome to bring in outside catering for your event. Whether it’s a professional catering service or homemade dishes, feel free to arrange the food according to your preferences.
BYOB (Bring Your Beverage): Guests are allowed to bring their beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Make sure to follow any legal restrictions or guidelines related to alcohol consumption.
Basic Cleaning: As the host, it is your responsibility to ensure that the event space is cleaned after each gathering. This includes tidying up tables, disposing of trash, and wiping down surfaces.
Cleaning Fees: If the space is not adequately cleaned, a cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged. Please be thorough to avoid any additional charges.
Broken Objects: Accidents happen, but any broken objects or damages caused by you or your party members will be charged accordingly. Please handle items with care to avoid unnecessary costs.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
