About this space
Studio B is warehouse-style shooting space with 20-foot ceilings, garage access for easy load-in, and a clean and flexible layout. You'll have exclusive use of this studio plus shared access to the makeup/dressing area, lounge, and bathrooms.
It's well-suited for shoots, workshops, filming, and small events. Built-in grip gear and seamless paper are included. Capacity is up to 50 people, and a two-hour minimum applies. Outside food is allowed with approval. Additional furniture, props, and gear are available to rent.

Host rules
Studio Use and Conduct
* Rental time includes setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Early access is not permitted, and late departures incur fees.
* Studio A, storage areas, and offices are off-limits.
* The studio must be returned to its original condition. Cleaning fees apply if not left as found.
Access, Parking, and Load-In
* Drive-in access for loading and unloading is available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
* Preferred parking includes 15 spaces facing Royalton Street and along the garage side. Additional warehouse parking is available. Avoid marked no-parking zones.
* No photography or video is allowed in the warehouse parking areas.
Restrictions
* No smoking, open flames, glitter, confetti, or alcohol.
* Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.
* Children must be supervised at all times.
* Outside food and catering is allowed with prior arrangement and must be managed within rental time.
* Music must be kept at a reasonable volume.
* All models must be of legal age or have appropriate guardian consent.
* The studio may stop any session at its discretion.
Clean-Up Checklist
* Clear and wipe all counters and tables.
* Leave out 2 tables and 4 chairs; store all others.
* Return all props and equipment to their original positions.
* Coil all cords properly and hang them. Ask if unsure.
* Sweep floors.
* Bag all trash and leave it inside the garage door. Do not use the outside dumpster.
