About this space

Our studio can accommodate various needs from photoshoots to private events and parties. It is divided into a few sections rented out altogether.

There are 20 white folding chairs, and 4 white circle tables in one of the storage rooms.You're welcome to use these during your rental just make sure to put them back in their spot after. These will not be set up in advance. Please make sure to keep in mind the set-up time needed before an event or shoot when you're booking.

There's also a throne in the back large room, perfect to include in photoshoots or to have the person of honor sit in for their event.

A natural lighting in the back large room is not too strong since there's a building close by. You're welcome to bring in your own artificial lighting for photoshoots. There are plenty of plugs and extension cords if needed.

The door is just feet away from a spacious parking lot. So it's easy for you and the other attendees of your event to find the space, park, and unload.

Host rules

It's very important to keep in mind when your rental time ends. This time is when you should be heading out, not wrapping up your shoot/event. Make sure to put away any chairs/tables used. Throw away any trash. Sweep anything that may have ended up on the floor like confetti, food, etc. Remove anything from the fridge. Cleaning supplies will be available.

Other rules - no glitter, no paint, no bringing furniture outside, no extra furniture can be placed outside, the rental space only includes the interior of the building. A small sign outside to let people know where the event is is fine! The person who rented the space must remain on the premises at all times during the rental.

West Houston Event & Studio Space has plenty of room to spread out but is also sectioned up into a few different-sized rooms. It's perfect if you have multiple things happening during your rental, such as a makeup artist working on the models in the front medium room, while some get changed in the small rooms, and you photograph others in the large room.

When you're having a party, you can serve food and refreshments in one room, eat in another, and play games in the next room! The possibilities are endless with the all-white walls perfect for you to add your own spin to your decor & setups for your event.
