I. Venue Exclusivity & Hookah Policy
Exclusive Hookah Service: To ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all guests, no outside shisha, coals, or hookah devices are permitted on the premises. All hookah services must be exclusively purchased through the venue.
Outside Catering: We are happy to accommodate your plans! Outside catering is permitted. The booking client is responsible for all setup, service, and removal of catering equipment and waste immediately following the event.
II. Beverages and Alcohol (BYOB)
BYOB Policy (Bring Your Own Beverage): BYOB is allowed and includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. As the rental client, you assume all liability related to the consumption of alcohol by your guests.
Security Mandate for Late-Night Events: To ensure the safety and security of all guests when alcohol is being served after normal hours, Armed Security is mandatory for all private events scheduled to end after 9:00 PM. The cost for this security detail will be included in your rental contract.
III. Time Management & Scheduling
Strict Event Timelines (No Grace Period): Your reservation time is firm. There is no grace period for setup, guest arrival, or cleanup. If your event extends beyond the contracted end time, an automatic overtime fee of $75 will be immediately assessed for every 15 minutes to cover staff and operational costs. Please plan your cleanup and departure accordingly.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
