This 4,000 sq ft multi-use facility in central Hialeah offers 3,200 sq ft of usable space. It's just off Okeechobee, 10 minutes from Miami International Airport, and 15–20 minutes from Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, Doral, and local beaches. It's an affordable, flexible space ideal for film, TV, music videos, photography, set builds, meetings, rehearsals, and more.

The venue requires a 10-hour minimum rental, with limited approval for 6-hour bookings at a higher hourly rate. A $500 refundable deposit and proof of insurance are required. Full-day rentals on Fridays and Saturdays are $1,500 unless otherwise approved. Strict BYOB and alcohol policies apply: BYOB is only allowed for private, non-ticketed events with no drink packages. Selling alcohol is prohibited. For ticketed events, alcohol is only permitted under specific conditions—please review all policies carefully before booking.
