Prices
The final installment will be required 180 days prior to the event. Full payment is due by the specified due date.
We also require a $1,000.00 damage deposit due 30 days prior to the event (the damage deposit will be refunded if no damages are incurred).
All booking fees are non-refundable.

Host rules
- The venue requires an event planner for all events.
- All tours should be appointed in advance.
- No animals are allowed, except ADA service animals.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
- We do not allow sparkles/fireworks/lanterns.
- We do not allow confetti or biodegradable confetti.
- All vendors are to be a professional service and provide liability insurance and sign vendor agreements.
- An off-duty police officer is required for the duration of the reception. Swan Lake Overlook will schedule the officer and it is included in your Venue Rental.
