About this space
The full buyout at J and S event space is 2200 sq. ft. accommodating 80 to 100 guests. You can use 100 luxurious acrylic chiavari chairs and round and rectangular tables. Bluetooth speakers and a microphone are available, so there's no need to hire a DJ.

The space will work well for birthdays, parties, and celebrations with family. You can organize a child's birthday party here, an office event, and much more.
Prices
Minimum rental time for hourly rent is 3 hours.
$100 mandatory cleaning fee
$300 non-refundable deposit to secure a date.
Balance to be paid in full 2 weeks to the event.
$250 Refundable damage deposit due 2 weeks to the event.
