Our beautiful photo & film studio in Dallas is perfect for your next photoshoot!
There are some add - ons available for rental such as Aputure LS 600d Daylight LED Light (V-Mount), Ikan Lyra Daylight - Video Light, and others.
The pictured furniture is included and available for use. Two passenger elevators, 1 restroom, very clean building. Bountiful parking nearby ranges from $5-10.

Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at a 1.5x rate (unless specified otherwise) and will apply in 30-minute increments. There is no free overtime. If production accesses space earlier or stays later than booked times, overtime fees will apply.
Cancellation policy: Very flexible
1180 sq ft studio with an overabundance of sunshine and spectacular Downtown Dalla skyline views. A very cool breeze with the windows open.
Prior photo and video productions have included: films, TV series, web series (youtube), reality shows, interviews, and more.
