This 1400 sq ft retail gallery storefront accommodates up to 110 guests. We offer a modern canvas with white walls, light wood floors, and natural light from its north-facing windows.
Gallery-style track lighting adds a shiny touch, ideal for displays or presentations. A private 8x10 office provides a quiet space for admin or storage. A newly finished restroom adds convenience. Plan a showcase, workshop, or celebration with us!

House Rules
* Respectful conduct: Guests must behave respectfully and courteously at all times.
* No smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
* Alcohol: Alcohol may only be consumed with prior approval and in accordance with all laws. No alcohol for minors.
* Noise: Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.
* Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself and dispose of all trash properly.
* Damages: Guests are liable for any damage caused. Report issues promptly.
* Capacity: Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy for the space.
* Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Do not share access codes or keys.
* Pets: No pets unless pre-approved.
* Emergencies: Know the evacuation routes, fire extinguisher locations, and first aid supplies.
* Parking: Park only in designated areas and follow all local parking rules.
* Compliance: All guests must follow applicable laws, regulations, and building codes.
* Vendors: Only licensed vendors may serve food.
* Security for events: Hired security is required for large events.
Violation of these rules may lead to extra charges, termination of your booking, or removal from the property.
We do not host 21st birthday parties, after-parties, or children's parties.

Our space supports and elevates your vision. Free street parking is available. A minimum booking of 5 hours is required.
