Amenities include two unstocked bars, a wood DJ booth with pro sound, smart TVs, a pool table, dart boards, a stage with flexible lighting/audio, Sonos coverage, a kitchen, and up to three modern bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi). Optional add-ons include sleeping quarters, designer suites, A/C, and blackout curtains. The venue has a private entrance, exterior security cameras, and nearby parking.
