This photo/video studio area is 30 ft x 24 ft. It also doubles as an event space where the stage can be set up. Some of the highlights of the space include 4 walls of cyc wall as well as 2 corner cyc’s. There are also 3 separate spots where there are seamless paper roll holders set up so you can have a combination of up to 9 different colors on deck for a shoot! The walls are also reinforced so this space triples as a skatepark!

Guests under 18 are not allowed after 10:00 pm
Host rules
Backyard closes after 10pm.
Volume must go under 95 dB’s after midnight on weekends, on weekdays events must end at 11pm.
No smoking cigarettes inside the building!
