The 1896 is a series of turn-of-the-century warehouses and outdoor courtyard erected in 1896.
You will fall in love with the charms, details, and character of the factory's century-old patina.
What creates the magical atmosphere is the 37' clerestory ceiling, wide open interconnected indoor and outdoor space, variety of bespoke walls and features, including elegant dressing rooms and client spaces. The original detail that 115 years of labor had inadvertently bore upon the factory's surfaces makes this space rich with character.
