About this space
Our main event hall is a 30,000 square feet open warehouse with 40 feet ceilings, perfect for concerts, conventions, immersive events, film/movie production, car & motorcycle shows, and retail liquidation events. In addition to this space, we offer two other main spaces, smaller interior areas, and several outdoor areas, all available "à la carte" so you can rent only what you need.
We have several parking lots that can be used as either paid or free parking. The facility includes public restrooms, 3-phase power, and warm customizable pendant lighting. For those seeking extra assistance, we offer white glove service with extensive resources to help make your event legendary.
